Rm10 for Each escalation case

recently we are told by SI Pendek that each technical escalation case to to the L2 Si pendek's team will be charged internally for Rm10. M.T.F.K.R ,this CB is not doing his job at all. Each time, Our colleagues ask him or his staffs about some strange issue and you ppl know WTF he answer? ---> this is a software issue........this is a 3rd s/w or h/w issue, refer to their manufacturers as we will not support for this issue. Furthermore, sitting there and doinf nothing but creating lots of rules and regulations how to protect himself from the troubles and find people's weakness. i think you have idea who is the person.
