Rm10 for Each escalation case
recently we are told by SI Pendek that each technical escalation case to to the L2 Si pendek's team will be charged internally for Rm10. M.T.F.K.R ,this CB is not doing his job at all. Each time, Our colleagues ask him or his staffs about some strange issue and you ppl know WTF he answer? ---> this is a software issue........this is a 3rd s/w or h/w issue, refer to their manufacturers as we will not support for this issue. Furthermore, sitting there and doinf nothing but creating lots of rules and regulations how to protect himself from the troubles and find people's weakness. i think you have idea who is the person. Who is the shortest person in our department? mlm

FUCK him... What can he do? He cannot even maintain his own people and wan to do things like this?
I dun understand when will he learn and yes i know who he is. He's the one who offer me increment 2.2% and hope i would rejects DELL offer of >2xxx.

haha.....now even worse, he is creating a stuff names "escalation website" ..he doesnt want to accept the fax / email escalation. need to keyin the infomation on the escalation web and wait......ZzzZZZzzzz for him to reply....he is teaming with kao Poh to hantam call center....
