the longest time to support for a complain user

These 2 weeks i already break the record to support for a single user. last week it was 1.36 hour to support. today i even break the record. 2 03 hour. dying lah. this user even doesnt know how to login to yahoo email and hotmail. i feel my life will be shorten many years!!! help God.......
